Since 1927, when John R. Gregg closed his first Real Estate transaction, the Gregg name has built a strong reputation for professionalism.

In the early 1940’s, C.W. Gregg continued this tradition by selling land and homes at private listing. The Gregg firm constantly added new advantageous method of marketing.

In 1950, Ned F. Gregg graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering. During the spring of 1951, Ned sold his first parcel of real estate at public auction. Ned has always looked at the auction method of marketing as a “first resort” of selling commodities of all types.
